We had the most wonderful time at the salon - my daughter and I both walked out absolutely thrilled! From the moment we sat down, our stylist was incredibly attentive. She listened carefully to every detail we described, asked the right questions to make sure she fully understood what we were envisioning, and never once made us feel rushed.
What really stood out was how well she translated our words into exactly the look we had in mind. I explained the style I wanted, and she didn’t just nod along — she repeated it back to me, made sure we were on the same page, and then executed it perfectly. My daughter, who can sometimes feel nervous about getting her hair cut, felt completely at ease because the stylist was so patient and gentle with her. She described what she wanted, and the stylist delivered it beautifully, down to the last detail.
By the end, we were both looking in the mirror with big smiles on our faces. It’s such a refreshing feeling when someone truly listens and takes pride in their craft. We’ll definitely be going back — we may have just found our go-to stylist!
